Community employment services assist persons to obtain successful community employment opportunities that are responsive to their choices and preferences. Through a strengths-based approach, the program provides person-directed services/supports to individuals to choose, achieve, and maintain employment in integrated community employment settings.

Work is a fundamental part of adult life. Individually tailored job development, training, and support recognize each person’s employability and potential contribution to the labor market. Individuals are supported as needed through an individualized person-centered model of services to choose and obtain a successful employment opportunity consistent with their preferences, keep the employment, and find new employment if necessary or for purposes of career advancement.

Veteran Services are individualized competitive employment, individual placements, contracted personnel services, competitive employment, supported employment, transitional employment, contracted workgroups in the community, community-based contracts, and other business-based workgroups in community-integrated designs. The Job Placement Specialists/Career Services Provider evaluate and assess the skills of the job candidates, conduct mock interviews, helping candidates with their resumes, and monitor job retention.

The Community Based Employment Services assists Veterans in pursuing competitive employment in the community. The program aims to bolster Veterans’ confidence and self-esteem by assisting with job searches, interview skills, and job development.

Veterans are provided with support services from referrals for job placement through community supplementary services. The program serves veterans with a variety of barriers to employment, including medical and/or physical or mental health disorders, homelessness, and other obstacles. 

• Workforce Solutions programs are designed to implement a system of services that complement economic development as a resource for employers to access quality employees they need and ensure that customers with disabilities are trained, prepare, and successfully retained employment. 
• “Talent Acquisition Partner” listening to our customers’ needs and exploring their problems of staffing and suggest the best solution. Regardless of the solution could be a direct-hire, or it may be a contractor. By focusing on their specific staffing challenges.
